Austin started his construction career in 2017 helping restore homes in Florida after Hurricane Harvey. After this he moved back to Texas where he continued working in the roofing and residential remodeling industry. Austin has spent several years consulting for industry leaders on project estimating and brand marketing. In 2020 Austin chose to launch Poiema Construction as a way to bring his knowledge and experience to customers in the Dallas area.

Caleb is from Denison Texas. Caleb found his passion for construction at 16 taking wood shop classes in high school. He went on to work for a construction company in Denison doing everything from remodels, custom homes and commercial projects. Caleb has spent several years learning his skills and gaining knowledge in everything there is to know about construction. In his free time he loves spending time with his family and playing golf.

Kyle Haynes is a skilled construction professional from Dallas, Texas. He has a passion for building and creating, and he specializes in kitchen renovation, taking great pride in transforming this central room of the home. In his free time, Kyle enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, and whipping up delicious meals for friends and family. He is also a coffee connoisseur and can often be found trying out new brews at local coffee shops in Dallas.

Originally from Fairbanks, Alaska, Austin now lives with his family in Houston, TX. Austin loves being able to assist customers in making their vision a reality during a wide variety of construction projects. Austin oversees administrative services and operations for Poiema. In his free time, he enjoys playing a variety of musical instruments, hunting, and playing golf.

Josiah and his family live in Fort Worth, Texas. He has a passion for building and creating, and he specializes in roofing and residential remodels. In his free time, Josiah enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and hunting.
