What areas do you service?

We often service all of the DFW metroplex, including Collin County, Grayson County, Rockwall County, Dallas and Tarrant County, Waco County. If you have a project outside of these areas, we may still be able to help! Just let us know what you're looking to have done!

What type of training and certifications do you have?

Our team strives to be the best that we can be, and we take pride in being highly educated about the work we perform. We carry all state required insurance and licenses, and go above and beyond to maintain certifications from top manufactures such as CertainTeed and GAF.

What kind of construction do you specialize in?

Great question! Our team specializes in both residential construction and insurance restoration. We pride ourselves in being experts in insurance restoration and roof replacements. We also perform water and fire mitigation and pack-out services, and have a quick turnaround time for emergency situations. We also have a large and constantly growing portfolio of full home renovations, backyard makeovers, and new home construction.

How long does a typical construction project take?

This question is a little harder to answer, but we'll try to give some quick expectations. A roof replacement, for example, could take as little as one day for most projects. A full home renovation, on the other hand, might take 6 months. We find most renovation projects however take less than one month.

Do you have your own crew or do you hire subcontractors?

Both! We have an exceptional crew of in-house renovation contractors that do everything from roofing to drywall. For more specialized trades like electrical work and plumbing, we partner with vetted contractors to provide the best quality possible. However, this doesn't always mean that our costs are higher than if you called a specialized tradesman directly. We often get discount pricing that allows us to stay competitively priced!

Do you offer any warranties on the work you perform?

Yes! All of our work comes with a minimum 1 year workmanship warranty, but most of our projects come standard with extended warranties up to 50+ years! More information will be provided alongside your estimate.
